Who is the Dashers' job influencer? Who is mine?

Wed, 8:14 pm. My son and I were at Chili's Grill & Bar. It was a late dinner. Earlier, we went grocery shopping first. I then suggested going eat dinner at either Chili's Grill & Bar or WingStop. Since I mentioned Chili's first, my son was like, yeah... let's go to that one! It has been quite some time for him to go to Chili's. He ordered Chicken Crispers and a molten chocolate cake. I said, make it two. We both love molten chocolate cake. Sometimes we would just order molten chocolate cake and eat it at home. It's been a while too since I last have a mom-son day. So I cherished this late dinner moment with Kay.

My Dasher influencer would be my son, Kay (my nickname for him in this blog). I am a Dasher now because of his good influence.

He is a Dasher himself, a couple of months ahead of me before I signed up. I saw the spark in his eyes and how he likes this gig job as a food delivery driver, or a Dasher using the DoorDash platform. This job to him is the most workable for him. As opposed to the other three platforms that he and I used before. Backdated three years ago, I was temporarily furloughed from my flight attendant job due to the Covid-19 Pandemic hardship; I filled the time of unemployment status by working on a gig job. Food delivery driver for three platforms (GrubHub, UberEats, Postmates), and later on renting rooms in my house. I teamed up with K my son on doing the gig. And it was one of the best period times in my life. Amid hardship, I had the time to bond with my son. When I had to resign from my full-time job as a flight attendant, I was back to doing a gig job. I chose to become a Dasher, like my son.
