Sun, 10:51 am. This Sunday brunch time, I finally completed this content about what a Dash Order looks like.
What is a Dash Order look like after a Dasher clicks accept?
There is a lot of information just by looking at the pic. From the pickup time, to who the order is from, and where a Dasher may contact the customer, via phone or text. It also has the info on how many items of food ordered, what is the order number (the last three digits is usually what the Team Member of a merchant will ask), the pickup instructions, what to do upon arrival at the merchant, and the name of the merchant with its phone number, and a confirm pickup button to click after the order is on hand. As a Dasher, we must be careful not to make a mistake or missed reading the instructions. Because, we will either get a low customer rating, low acceptance rate, low completion rate, low on-time or early arrival, as well as bad customer feedback, or even a contract violation. But, if you read this carefully and successfully deliver an order, it's not just rewarding but also relieving.
