In the Covid-19 aftermath, do I still wear the mask? Will I always have the mask in my purse or pocket or available in the car?

Sat, 3:23 pm. To consider and follow the CDC health procedure recommendation and respect the health policy requests by a person or entity, I do wear a mask, even in the Covid-19 aftermath. But with my personal health preferences, I would not wear a mask unless need be. The personal health procedure that I learned from my (late) Oma, my grandmother, went as far back as when I was a child living with her, and it became a lifestyle. We practiced hygienic, neat, and tidy living in our humble house. How? We would remove our outside shoes or sandals and wear our home sandals. Went straight to wash our hands and face. Change to house clothes. And when we got sick, she would call-in sick to the school and made us stay home, put a handkerchief by our side to use if we sneeze. She will put a safety pin on the handkerchief to our dress or school uniform when it is no more contagious to be in public but recuperation period. She will make us her delish soup and the Marie Regal biscuit to dip in the hot tea. So, what CDC is recommending to the public is nothing new to me and my family. That CDC health procedure is not even difficult to follow.

How does the Covid-19 pandemic health procedure affect Dashing and Dashers? Before the Covid-19 pandemic, Dashing and Dashers may be in a hang-loose feeling and less fearful whilst the hygienic treatment would still be intact. During the Covid-19 pandemic, everything became fearful and came the lockdown. Only the essential workers may be on the street and outside. Including Dashers, or food delivery drivers. I was not using the DoorDash platform during that time, I used GrubHub, UberEats, and Postmates. I experienced the empty streets, the curb pickup, the contact-less, wearing the mask, and applying disinfectant lotion. Then I used the DoorDash platform nearing the end of the Covid-19 pandemic and post-pandemic. I was following the CDC health procedure as well as my own personal health procedure.

In this pic, it was in Feb 2022 when CDC still recommended for the people to wear a mask and keep the 6 feet distance. I wore the mask that I got for free inside the starter kit for new Dashers. But I alternate with my masks. Hospitals and medical vicinity are the places that still require mask-on. But face masks and hand sanitizer have become one of my no-go items. I keep a pair or two of masks in my bag.
