My first Dash grocery delivery

How many people ever ordered online shopping for groceries to be delivered by a food delivery driver?

Tue, 2:23 pm. Today is my first Dash with grocery orders and delivery. If I knew I can take the Opt-out program, I would have done it earlier or right from the start of my registration as a Dasher. But I didn't know. At first, I didn't know that there are offers not only for food orders but also for groceries, wine, liquor, and beer.

On this Dash, out of curiosity, I accepted a grocery shopping offer. It was my first time with this platform. I didn't know until I saw the handover of the order that it was a pretty large order with heavy contents, at least to me. Ranging from meat, eggs, vegetables, dry food, cans of sodas, water bottles, and jugs of milk. You name it! Good thing, I was lucky enough to lift and carry and deliver it all by myself to the doorstep of a house on ground level. Not to a third-floor apartment. But in the days to come, there will be grocery offers that I accepted, heavy, and delivered to a third-floor apartment. By myself. (At that time, I didn't know that I can opt-out of a grocery pickup and delivery. I will tell this story in another post.)
